Draft Warrnambool City-wide Housing Strategy
This Consultation has been completed

The community response to the draft City-wide Housing Strategy is now being reviewed
The Warrnambool City-wide Housing Strategy is a plan to meet the changing housing needs of our growing population over the next two decades.
It's likely that Warrnambool's population will be about 43,000 by 2031.
The Council must plan for this population scenario which means taking into account where people will build homes, the services they will need and the physical links required to connect residents to community facilities and shopping centres.
The City-wide Housing Strategy provides a guide for the implementation of new residential zones called the Residential Growth Zone, General Residential Zone and Neighbourhood Residential Zone.
We're keen to get your feedback on the strategy.
On the left are links where you can download a fact sheet, a copy of the draft strategy and a feedback form.
The feedback form is a PDF that you can print out and post to us.
